The SWMCO is an 11 piece ensemble with artists from diverse cultural backgrounds featuring traditions from Aboriginal Australia, Mongolia, Uyghur, Vietnam, China and more.

Creating new music that fuses their many cultures with Western contemporary, classical strings and electronic sounds.

The ensemble milds their virtuoso musicianship into cross cultural compositons that are inclusive, unique and innovative manisfestiation of contemorpary Australian culture.
